Cancellation and Refund Policies
Due to the digital nature of the products provided, we cannot offer refunds for the purchase of online courses.
Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice of intention to cancel. Your membership will continue until cancelled unless otherwise indicated within the membership offer.
Refunds and cancellation policies for one-on-one coaching are detailed in each individual's coaching agreement.
Changes To the Terms Of Use
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes take effect immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website after the revised Terms of Use are posted means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page periodically to stay informed about any changes, as they are binding on you.
Jurisdiction
This agreement between you, the user, and Prosperity Flow Coaching and/or Heather Stewart, Coach, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Ontario in any proceeding related to this agreement.
